Please read before ordering

Select the foil for the front of the panel.
Next select the material on the back of the panel. (matching?)
Select the core type and thickness (mdf chipboard etc)
Do you require matching ABS edge banding?.

The next step is selecting the back of the panel.

There are several options:

The back of the panel can be covered with our standard structured PP (polypropylene films – antiflex and waterproof) in white color.

We also offer other colours: light gray, vanilla, cappuccino, graphite, and black.

The standard structured PP (polypropylene films) has the following thickness:

For white and black: 0.2 mm
For other available colours: 0.3 mm
Upon request, we can also use a different back layer (white and black) with a thickness of 0.7 mm.

You can choose to have the same material thats on the front of the board if required.

Please note that the colours are for illustration purposes only.

Before placing an order, we recommend that you check our physical colour samples.

Available core board types

Chipboard

Our particleboard panels are made only from fresh wood residues from sustainable forestry or untreated residues from sawmills and carpentry.
Standard panel size: 2800x1300x18mm. Please note that the sizes may vary per product range, and other specific sizes are available upon request.
These are just as good as wood and are PEFC-certified products.

MDF board

The standard panel dimensions are 2800x1300x18mm (all 3050x1300x18mm Velvet Ultramat). Please note that the sizes may vary per product range, and other specific sizes are available upon request.
We also offer various other types: water-resistant MDF and through-colored MDF.
All MDF panels are PEFC certified.

Plywood

BIRCH PLYWOOD

Board size and thickness: 2440x1220x19mm.

Ideal for fronts and racks with exposed edges where the core of the plywood is visible. The birch plywood core allows for visible edges to be routed as desired and can form a handle.

The edges of the plywood must be protected with oil or wax against dirt, sweat, grease, and moisture.

Order process

You can place your order in three ways: Via telephone, email or by filling out the order form below.

Once the order is received, Forner will send you a quote via email. After the quote is accepted, we will send an invoice with a payment request. The payment will then be processed, and a confirmation delivery date will be sent.

Note: It may take 4 to 5 weeks for orders to be delivered.

Please note: There is a minimum order of 5 panels.

Delivery

Our delivery usually takes between 4 and 5 weeks.

All our collections are shipped with protective foil.

This serves two purposes: for protection during handling/transport and to reduce the chance of chipping during cutting. Forner inspects each item for defects and damage prior to shipping.

We ask our customers to check the item(s) together with the delivery person. Our customers must check before signing that the item has been received and is in good condition.

If any damage has occurred, photos should be taken and emailed to info@forner.nl complete with order number.

We strive to resolve any issues within one business day.
