The Pearl collection has a glamorous effect on the matte pearl surface of Forner Pearl panels. This is the result of using a technologically advanced material. The characteristic reflections are delightful and shimmer from different angles, adding dynamism and unique charm to any space. In addition to the visual appeal, the decorative layer of the Forner Pearl furniture panel also offers unique tactile properties.
Forner furniture panels are based on four components: MDF, acrylic film (a plastic resistant to external factors), PVC antiflex and waterproof film, and waterproof PUR adhesive.

Increased UV resistance.
The surface of Pearl furniture panels is resistant to moisture. It can also be combined with a moisture-resistant core panel to enhance durability and resistance.
The surface of the pearl panel is not oxidized, ensuring that the colour retains its depth and brightness for many years.

Ecology and environment
We pay great attention to protecting our environment.
The material of Pearl furniture panels is made through a sustainable production process, using materials that are approximately 80% recycled. We also use only wood-based products that are FSC certified.

Aftercare
Easy to clean. Simply use a microfiber or cotton cloth dampened with a 1% soap solution.
Furniture core board
Forner furniture board is mainly produced on the basis of MDF board.
The size of the board is 2800 x 1300 mm.
On request we can produce furniture panels on a different substrate.

Edge banding
We have edges that are 100% color and material-matched to the surface of the furniture panels. The edges are available in sizes 23/1 mm and 43/1 mm and are made from the same material used by Forner for its panels.
Thicker edges are also available from edge manufacturers, which can be color-matched to Pearl panels.
The processing of the edges for the panels follows the same process as for PVC edges. A standard edge banding machine is used. For gluing the edges, we use waterproof PUR adhesive, although other adhesives can also be used. The adhesive is applied hot and pressed cold using the pressure roller.
Our PUR adhesive is heated to a temperature of 140°C, the same as for Cleaf or acrylic edges, despite the 0.35 mm thickness. The key is a well-prepared front. The edge line is virtually invisible. We possess the expertise to perfectly position the machine for a flawless aesthetic result.
