The panels and fronts from the Velvet Ultra Matt® collection are a product where luxurious appearance is combined with practical features. Long-term use is much easier, and the lifespan is significantly longer than other products on the market.

Smooth processing
Surfaces achieve an unprecedented and ultra-matte depth. It provides a very low light reflection angle, causing it to be softer and more evenly dispersed throughout the space.
According to the UNI EN 438/25 standard, this value is equal to 3.
This technology reduces fingerprints.
This technology is distinguished by an almost invisible connection between the panel surfaces and edges.
The materials used to cover the edges and the board are highly flexible. This makes them easy to process and free from defects that can occur with lacquered materials, which are much more brittle, such as cracks or notches.
Durability of the color
The advantage is the color fastness: they retain their depth and brightness for many years.
Easy repair
Thanks to nanotechnology, micro-scratches can be easily removed. Simply use a cotton cloth and an iron or hairdryer.
Ecology and environment
The material is polymer-based, derived from 100% recycled materials. Additionally, we only use wood-based products that are FSC certified.
Furniture core board
The furniture core panel is primarily produced based on MDF board. The core surface is covered with ultra-matte foil on both sides.
The size of the Velvet ultra-matte panel is 3050x1220 mm and 2800 x 1300 mm, with a thickness of 18.7 mm.
Upon request, we can produce ultra-matte furniture panels on a different substrate.

Color matching
Estimated color matches can be found in the NCS, RAL, and PANTONE color palettes. The color code of our product generally corresponds to one of these palettes.
Edge banding
We have edges that are 100% color and material-matched to the Velvet Ultra Matt furniture panels, matching the surface of the panel. The edges are available in sizes 23/1 mm and 43/1 mm and are made from the same material used for Velvet panels. Thicker ABS edges are also available.
The processing of the edges for Velvet panels follows the same process as for PVC edges. A standard edge banding machine is used. For gluing the edges, we use waterproof PUR adhesive, although other adhesives can also be used. The adhesive is applied hot and pressed cold by the pressure roller.
Our PUR adhesive is heated to a temperature of 140°C, the same as for Cleaf or acrylic edges, despite the 0.35 mm thickness of Velvet. The secret lies in a well-prepared front.
The edge line is invisible.

Premium takes that velvety touch to another level.
This soft feel, however, does not compromise on durability.
